Allow deploy script via dropdown zone

Description
This is nice to have feature for project that hasn't own project module and script must deployed by copy paste.
Dropzone behavior can be same as on workflow.
Workaround is use property: idm.sec.core.script.folder. But for new script is required restart whole IdM application.
Also direct download button for backup via GUI is also nice thing :)
