Sort attribute in backup XML's for scripts and templates

Description

After someone make backup for script or notification the IdM creates xml file that contain all attributes, but for example allowed class for script is sorted by ID in database. Please refactor sorting for these two dtos.

Also default (root) attributes as code, name has lower order than some unnecessary attributes.
