Description

Sometimes I get the left menu shrunk as you can see on attached picture. Chrome 57.0, online demo

Malformed menu is related to metis menu component. We will remove this component and make her yourself probably - we have another issues with render this component dynamicaly by react - metis menu uses jquery.

I removed metis menu library and implement required menu features in our Navigation component. Fixed issues:
- menu is not malformed, when navigation is changed
- when menu is collapsed (responsiveness), then layout is not broken
- added prepared simple icon menu (collapse / expand sidebar).

I did review and test. Menu is awesome now. Create new menu in this time is great work.
I have only one UX recommendation. Could be nice (by me) have collapse button as first in the menu and maybe with icon "glyphicon-menu-left".
