Opening a role request destroys Main menu

Description

How to reproduce the bug:
  1. I clicked on "Manage authorizations" button i my user profile (Roles tab). In Main menu "Audit" -> "Request for roles" tab got focus.
  2. I collapsed the "Audit" sub menu.
  3. Than I clicked the "Back" button.
  4. Than I opened the concept of request.

In Main menu "Audit" -> "Request for roles" tab got focus got focus again but the items below ("Notifications" and "Settings") haven't moved down. The sub menu just expanded over them.

CzechIdM version: 8.2.0
Browsers: Chromium version 67.0.3396.99 , Firefox version 61.0.1, Opera version 54.0.2952.54

I've also managed to reproduce this behavior on live demo, which runs CzechIdM version 7.7.0.
