Steps to reproduce:
- Users - select filter for Element in organization structure - "without work position in organization structure"
- Click Filter
- select any real element in the filter for Element in organization structure
- no user is found

Selected additional select box filter value was cleared, when filter was cleared only (~ --not selected--). Additional filter value is cleared, when other filter value is selected now too, commit:
