Description
We'd like to have a filter option to find all identities which are not assigned to any org. unit (tree node). These could be identities with no contract or with a contract whith empty "workPosition" field.

In current version CzechIdM doesn't support filtering identities by "other contracts". So I don't expect this feature to support filtering identities with no "other contract" set eather.

- Related to Defect #3000: After selecting "without work position / user type / catalogue", following filter doesn't find anything added
