Identity detail and projection - add button for de/activate user manually

Description
The same button as on dasboard will be shown on identity detail (footer).

I did review and test. Works nice, thanks for this usefull feature.
After using it several times, I'm worried that the location of the button is not ideal (it is too close to the save button). Maybe placing next to the checkbox inactive could be better. But this is a question for product presentation.
