Child notification not using the same parent

Description
When two notification channel for the same topic is configured, then two notification logs are created for each child notification - the designed way is reuse one notification log for both children.
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- Target version set to 10.5.0
- Status changed from In Progress to Rejected
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
The designed way (reuse one notification log for all children notification) was changed during notification template #315 implementation. Configured chanels can have different template configuration (=> will have in most cases, because template for email and sms will be different). So design change was needed and current behavior is ok.
