FE - role info component with tree support

Description
It would be really cool for users to see the actual hierarchical composition (top-down order) of the business roles.
Will be implemented as role info improvement (=> business role tree will available on the dashboard, asigned roles table etc.)

I agree, we speak about adding a tree directly into role info component => hierarchical view for business role will be available everywhere is role info used (it's a blue link with popover).

And the same holds for user detail, of course.

I removed sub roles table from role request detail and identity detail tab - tree supplies the same information about assigned sub roles ... but we need to speak about it before it can be merged into develop. I think this optimization will help even for #1610 (significantly reduce the response size for currently assigned roles).
