Filter names 'directly assigned role' - automatic role is directly assigned role (but automatically).

We don't have filter for manually assigned roles. We can improve legend, or add the second filter to prevent misunderstanding :)?

Inconsistently elsewhere, we do distinguish automatic roles and directly assigned roles (by keeping two different columns for them). See attached screenshot in the Role detail.

Sorry, we shouldn't use the same term to mean two different things.

Frankly, I don't see much value in informing users that automatic roles are assigned directly :-).
Seeing the word "directly assigned," I really expected to see just the "manually" assigned roles.

If you want to keep the filter as is, then I strongly recommend that you DO NOT use the wording "directly assigned roles" in this instance.

I suggest this negative wording instead, then it is clear that in this particular case you include automatic roles among those that are assigned directly (and that it is not an oversight on our part):

In Czech:
Zobrazit BEZ BUSINESS SUBROLÍ, které jsou přidělovány na základě jiných rolí.

In English:
Display the list WITHOUT BUSINESS SUBROLES, which are assigned indirectly.

The role is simply categorized by more criteria :) Can be automatic or manual. Can be business or not. This criteria can be combined e.g. automatic role can be business ... the icon is shown by context - somewhere is valuable to know role is automatic somewhere business role (e.g. where another column is used for showing role is automatic). Maybe this will be improved in futute by tree, where business role can be expanded or we can design new icons for all combinations.

Ok, i can change a label for the checkbox, this is the easy part.
