FE: Dashboard and identity roles

Description
Dashboard improvements:
- add two new dashboard with role requests:
-- "requests for me" - i get some roles
-- "and requests what i created" - I created request for someone
- unify labels and buttons for the change permission operation
- hide dashboards without data - just dashboards with flowable data (LRT, requests, tasks)
- change icons for role and business role - key vs. key group
- move Permissions tab from the identity detail into assigned identity roles tab - will be shown in modal (e.g. button "Assigned permissions" will be added)
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- Status changed from In Progress to Resolved
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
I did review.
I found only issue with missing icon for Codlist and Form definition agenda.
Code looks nice. Thanks for new amazing icon "group of keys".

I implemented features above:
- dashboards with role requests created
- labels and buttons for the change permission operation renamed
- change icons for role and business role - key and key group
- permissions tab from the identity detail was hidden
Remain (will be implemented in new tickets):
- hide dashboards without data - just dashboards with flowable data (LRT, requests, tasks)
- key group usage on copy identity roles - requires improve of tree component
