Description

Filters on entity event processors were added on BE (#274). Add filters on FE:
- convert all parameter from FE parameters in EntityEventProcessorController
- add all filter parameters on FE (text was added only)
- event type filter and entity type filter will be enum select boxes - options will bee constructed from all registred processors (see EntityEventProcessorManager.fetchRegisteredProcessors() or new endpoins can be exposed).

Implementation in branch rkucera/959-filter-entity-event-processors
Implemented filter by entity type and event type both as SelectBox.
Filter by event type is prepared on frontend, but first it's needed to implement toStrings() for ParametrConverter on backend - Its on Radek

I did test, review and implemented missing 'toStrings' conversion. I fixed some issues:
- select options were constructed from filtered processors
- formatting, Basic.Col usage

Thx for this feature, merged into develop.
