Create installation checklist

Description
We should have a checklist for idm package installation. Because idm package has strict conventions where to install what, this information can be stated in the document by default.
Language: english
Installation environment: both linux and windows (this is the only part where the installation technician has a free hand).
Done. Sent to Marcel for opinions.
Please add the information about the installed version of CzechIdM to the checklist.

- update wiki so the externally referenced application properties are the way to go
- unify wiki and checklist
- add windows setup guide to the wiki

I updated the IdM installation guide on wiki, also updated and enhanced checklist. Both are now in sync.
The only thing remains - howto for windows installation.
