Description
We should have a checklist for idm package installation. Because idm package has strict conventions where to install what, this information can be stated in the document by default.
Language: english
Installation environment: both linux and windows (this is the only part where the installation technician has a free hand).

This should not be necessary. On freshly-installed server, there is a snakeoil certificate. Mod_ssl uses this certificate in its ssl.conf (at least on RHEL-like distros). I do not think we must add it to the howto.

I updated the IdM installation guide on wiki, also updated and enhanced checklist. Both are now in sync.
The only thing remains - howto for windows installation.
