Provisioning - multivalued attribute works not correctly

Description
Problems:
- Multivalue attribute is send to connector as single attribute, when have only one value.
- Multivalue attribute is evaluated as changed everytime on unresolved request in VS.
- Status changed from In Progress to Resolved
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
Multivalue attribute is send to connector as single attribute, when have only one value.
- Fixed - Now have priority field from attribute schema. After IcAttribute is crated is always set mulivalidity by value from attribute schema.
Multivalue attribute is evaluated as changed everytime on unresolved request in VS.
- Fixed - problem was in multivalued attribute, when was value null, then was on connector send empty list.
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
- Category changed from Virtual systems to Provisioning
