Remove pls check for 'content.provisioningOperations.action.retry.header_5 -> missing number '0' in CS' etc. - header_0 is used manually in defined places => has to be in en locale too.

Added a few more conditions connected with matching CS and EN suffix '_0' and checked with actual version of modules.

I fixed localization issues. Thx for script implementation.

I have some features, which can be implemented in future into localization validator:
- define validator as maven project with maven project structure (rename bcv_ukoly folder)
- clear idea files
- add usage notes to readme.
- add tests
- orchestrate wit FE build as gulp task
