Create Maven archetype for CzechIdM module development

The aim of this ticket is to create Maven archetype, which will contain basic IdM module structure.
TBA: separate archetypes for frontend module, backend module and combination?

I create new archetype for generate backend and frontend module. Archetype generates backend and frontend with specified artefact id, group, version, czechidm version and etc.

Please Radek could you made a review? Currently is deployed version 1.0.0 in our nexus (this is for you tests), after you made review I again rebuild and redeploy artefact on nexus (classic release).
