Description
About 1/3 of icons in main menu are colored. We need to color all of them set all to grey color.

Color can be defined in environment configuration - see doc: https://github.com/bcvsolutions/CzechIdMng/blob/develop/Realization/frontend/czechidm-app/config/README.md
So every project can have their own color in navigation items . In core, we want to use colors to domain entities (identity, role ...) only.
