IdStory Identity Manager

I currently have this issue on old product which should be tested for IdM 7:

There is some timetout on network which is killing connections between servers after one hour.

Problem is, when i have synchronization or reconcilation (AD with LDAP connector is mz case) process is processing object one by one.
When connection is killied during the proces, the rest of etities with link to system are proccesed as missing accout, because connector didnt return them before timeout.

When on this case (missing account) a have operations like remove roles, remove link, etc. its a big issue.
