Incorrect notification about roles in virtual system

Description
Sometime when I remove roles for virtual system from user, notification about roles changes is not correct, because it says that one of roles was removed but also still assigned to user.
In both cases nofication was send to user with roles a system administrator, but just one of them was incorrenct.
