not refreshing the table with automatic roles after the aut. role is deleted

Description
After I had deleted automatic role from the table on - Roles -> Roles administration - > Role detail -> Automatic roles
the table looked the same - the row did not disappear.
The table consisted of only one row.
- Category set to Frontend
- Assignee set to Radek Tomiška
- Estimated time set to 5.00 h
Automatic role is removed in long running task now - this feature was added recently. We need to change info message after automatic role removal - "remove will be processed", change result code to 202 (accepted) and check long running task - if removal is in process, do not execute another removal. Load currently running removal task directly to FE will be nice, but is not needed for now (new ticket to another version will be created - the same feature will be nice to creating new role - some progress bar to automatic role table).
Another issue is with approval new automatic role - wrong message is shown now - handle response 202 status is needed.

Automatic role removal is implemented as synchronuos method. Other issues with new automatic role approval was fixed too.
