False message about role duplicity when assigning role to multiple accounts

Description
When assigning the same role to main and other personal account, the requests says that the role is duplicate. It isn't as the role is assigned to different objects.

- Target version set to 13.0.6
- % Done changed from 0 to 80
- Owner set to Peter Štrunc
- Status changed from Needs feedback to In Progress
- Assignee changed from Alena Peterová to Peter Štrunc
- Target version changed from 13.0.6 to 13.0.7
- % Done changed from 80 to 60
Need to bump this to the latter version. I have found some edge cases that are not working correctly with the fix.
