Add description of the task to the mail template for newly created tasks

Description
Request from our customer - we want to display the name of the role, which must be approved, to the notification to the approver.
We will solve it by adding the task description as a new variable in the topic core:wfTaskCreated

Thanks. We will process the description in the template and extract only the role name. For now, it must be enough. I think that in the future, we should have customized notifications for different tasks, then this could be made more nicely.
