Set "Process only differences" doesn't work

Description
We start synchronization and after was processed several items we stopped whole synchronization, because we forgot set "Process only differences". But now this setup doesn't work.

I looked into exported system from Ondra.
Differential sync can not be set, because of setting on tab "specific configuration"
When you are using assigning roles to users based on system, differential sync is not allowed. This info is showed on the specific tab.
I agree that it is not user friendly as the .gif showing. There should be some warning on FE on added validation.
I need to validate with Ondra that this what is happening.

Not a bug, but ticket for FE improvement was created. #3180
- Related to Feature #3180: Add validation to FE when synchronization is using "assign roles from system to user" that differential sync can not be set added
- % Done changed from 50 to 100
