IdStory Identity Manager

I will create both "do provisioning" and "recalculate and do provisioning" bulk actions. These can both be quite useful in some cases. That's not really possible.

Check PR comment. There is issue with multiple provisionings.
Otherwise works nicely and code looks good to me.
