Make the module compatible with IdM 12.2

The module is currently working with version 10.5, it needs to be upgraded and retested under 12.2.

No changes were required.
The module does work with the appliance and CAS but it is not perfect. The issue is that the password the user sets will not be sent to the LDAP for CAS and the user therefore will not be able to use it to log in to IdM. A solution is to use the password reset module instead of setting a password during registration. I'm not sure that we can easily (or at all) change it, the uniform password feature does not really work with identity creation. This is not a problem at the moment but we will need to come up with some solution in the future.
