Delete logging events task fails

Description
Scheduled and also manually started Task RemoveOldLogsTaskExecutor always fails after upgrade to 12.2.0 (appliance).
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- Target version set to 12.2.2
- % Done changed from 0 to 20
- % Done changed from 20 to 70
I pushed fix to pstrunc/3131-fix-transactional-context along with related fix of transactional context. @kucerar would you please check it out?
- Related to Defect #3131: Missing transaction context when fetching LRT items and AccAccounts added
- Status changed from In Progress to Resolved
- % Done changed from 70 to 90
Now it works, thx for fix
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
