Change of dynamically calculated manager will not execute provisioning on subordinate when differential synchronization is used

Description

Synchronization from HR is differential.
User A has dynamically calculated manager based on org structure for example.
Manager for User A has changed, but no provisioning on User A was executed. As a result of this behavior, User A has outdated value in connected systems.

Workaround
  • Don't use differential sync is this is issue for you
  • Resave User A in IdM
