Add documentation for the Compare values in IdM with values in system report

Description
This was forgotten in the original ticket #2880.

I didn't remove the documentation for the original report in extras but only added a note that a new and slightly improved version can be used in v12. The report in extras can do some things that can't yet be done in the product report so it may still be useful.
