No values in Where is attribute used

Description
Tested on 12.1.3.
Systems -> Mapping -> Mapped attributes -> Attribute mapping details -> Where is attribute used
There are no values even for attributes, that are overridden by roles.
In 11.2.5, this table contained correct values.

I just removed the condition for rendered whose point I fail to see. It works well now. Why it stopped working is not clear to me, the state was updated correctly. But as I said, I don't think the condition is needed.
