Possibility to choose the format of the subject (CN)

Description
currently, it is not possible to select the CN (Subject in IdM) format. For newly generated certificates is always CN generated in the format: Firstname Surname.
The goal of the ticket is to allow format selection using the configuration property. At least a choice between Firstname Surname and userName.

Predefined options are with diacritics for now.
If you choose script options you need to pick some script from selectbox under this one.
The script will receive IdmIdentityDto of the owner and needs to return String value which will be used as CN.
