Main menu has it's own scrollbar when a submenu is expanded

Description
When a submenu of a main menu is expanded a sidebar appears next to it.
The menu should not have it's own scrollbar.
Appears on displays with less than 4k resolution (e.g. FullHD).
When I have a custom logo for my IdM a small horizontal scrollbar appears too.
