Send OperationOptions to scripts for WinRM

Description
IdM supporting OperationOptions configuration, but connector has no further support for it, so the attributes are not accessible in scripts.
Implement this support for all crud operations

I tested it for the use case from one project, when you configure some attribute as secret in IdM only stars (***) are send as value to connector.
So now it's working for plain text. For better support of object there are some changes in IdM which need to be made and then add this support to connector to.
- Target version changed from 1.0.8 to 1.0.9
- Target version changed from 1.0.9 to 1.0.10
