Description
It was reported that in some cases a user can be assigned two items from the same set. While I was not able to replicate the issue, it can be made asynchronous and thus more robust.

- Status changed from In Progress to Resolved
I investigated it and found that the role request event already has the identity set as a super owner. This means that the same identity can only be processed once at the same time.
