Description
The main goal of the ticket is creating propose for new report that compare values in IdM and connected system.
The main part of the propose will be created from backward analyze current compare report.

Propose for compare/differential report was created. After analyze old behavior is there more question than answers.
All question for requirements was added into propose.

Whole propose was completed and now we decided that task will be closed. Some requests are very complicated and before implementation can be decided that these request can be added into version two :)
