Notification of role change request result

Description
I'd like to notify the applicant about the result of request for change of role definition. When the request is approved or denied an e-mail notification with the result should be sent to the applicant. The affected workflow should be request-idm-role.

I did review and tested it. Works well, good work.
I found only one minor things:
- You created new email's templates with footer "CzechIdM © 2019 BCV Solutions s.r.o. ", please use current year :-).
