Allow component for selecting tree node to limit its values only on a single tree type

Description
There is no way to limit which tree nodes can user select when choosing from a tree node select box. We would like to enable administrator to define a specific tree type, which will be then used to limit allowed tree nodes.

I did review and tested it. I hope this feature will be save time to implementers (prevents create of specific selectbox). Thanks for that.
