Description
Automatic reload do not work properly in state if the sync ends with an exception (for example via validation).
Issues to solve:
- The table with syncs is not reloaded if the sync does not pass by validations. A sync looks like as still running.
- An exception for whole sync is not see on the detail of the sync, but only on the LRT.
