Make "Description" field in role requests hideable

Description
In role request there is a "Description" field. On my project I only use approval by role criticality, other approval rounds in the process are deactivated. In this case when the user writes anything to the "Description" field and clicks "Submit a request", there is nothing to approve - no changes in roles were made. The request is approved but technically nothing happens. This is confusing for the user.
I'd love to have a configuration option to hide this field in all role requests in IDM.
