Public password change - login for audit

Description
Audit information are not saved for public password change , because a identity is not logged in. We need to login identity, which password is changed at least (we don't have any other information).

Its fixed. I've redesign security service usage a little (but some refactoring is still needed - e.g. AuthenticationManager usage).
