Use isDefaultDisabled() for processors

Description
Now all processors are disabled by property added to module-extras.properties.
It is better to use isDefaultDisabled() in each processor.
- Related to Defect #2230: The processor new-node-processor is by default enabled added
- % Done changed from 0 to 80
The way of disabling processors was changed to the isDefaultDisabled() for all processors in the extras module.
