Eav: role attributes are not shown

Description
Role attributes are now loaded. Attributes loading is skiped since #2242.

I did reivew and test. Finally I was able simulated this problem. "Magic" was in use a two IdentityRole form definitions (and both must were assigned to some roles).
Now it works correctly, thanks for this fix.
