Filter added in #2242 was not fully backward compatible - i've added check to maintain backward compatibility and role attributes are now loaded and shown properly.

I did reivew and test. Finally I was able simulated this problem. "Magic" was in use a two IdentityRole form definitions (and both must were assigned to some roles).
Now it works correctly, thanks for this fix.
