Implement support a context in the controller GET method

Implemented. For ideal solutions shuld be made big refactoring of Controller and LookupService api. But for this moment is this solution fully works (tested for password of the system and for owner of the VS request).
We dicussed posibility call lookupSerivce only if ID is not UUID. I made this, but I improved idea for this case: If backendId is UUID, but for this UUID is DTO not found, then I try to call lookupService.
Tests were created too..
