Add isConfidental to schema attribute handling

Description
We need add configuration property "isConfidental" to SysSchemaAttributeHandling
- modify provisioning service and implement this property
- Status changed from New to In Progress
- % Done changed from 0 to 90
- I added attribute isConfidential and modify provisioning.
- I added attribute isDisabled and modify provisioning. Disabled attribute can be overloading on role attribute mapping.
- UI for default attribute mapping and role attribute mapping was improved.
- Status changed from In Progress to Needs feedback
- Assignee changed from Vít Švanda to Ondřej Kopr
- Status changed from Needs feedback to Resolved
- % Done changed from 90 to 100
Feedback:
- Test on ldap,
- test overloading attributes,
- test disable attributes.
Everything is OK.
