Description
The goal of this ticket is to enable user to specify charset for these two LRT tasks.

Looks great, just two minor things:
- There are few unused imports in code in classes - ImportAutomaticRoleAttributesFromCSVExecutorTest, ImportRolesFromCSVExecutor
- Ad this option to tutorials for these LRTs
