Description
Localization was added for all product long running tasks.
Unify showing form attributes of long running task for all places, where form attributes are used:
- LRT agenda - list and detail
- Running LRT progress bar
...

I did reivew and tested it. Very nice UX feature. I like it.
Notes:
- Maybe column for description is useless now in the LRT table (without it will left more space for column with attributes).
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
- Related to Task #1293: Eav - render filled form values as text (readonly) added
- Related to Defect #2416: LRT: prevent to load supported task definitions, when permission is missing (warning message is show in bulk action) added
