Unify showing form attributes of long running task for all places, where form attributes are used:
- LRT agenda - list and detail

I did reivew and tested it. Very nice UX feature. I like it.
Notes:
- Maybe column for description is useless now in the LRT table (without it will left more space for column with attributes).
