Table with rules on automatic role request hasn't paging (only 10 rules are show)

Description
Please add to table Approved rules (includes required changes) pageable. Now is possible edit only first 10 rules.
Also on this table missing type of rule (identity, identity eav, contract, contract eav) please add it.
