Rename bulk actions localization for remove entity from "remove" to "delete".

Description
Change localization for all bulk actions (FE + BE) for remove entity from "remove" to "delete" ("odebrat" to "smazat").
Where BE bulk action is available, then add entity type e.g. "Delete user", "Delete role".
